How we handle recalls
We source exclusively from vetted manufacturers and authorized distributors, and every product meets federal medical device standards. If a product we sell is recalled, we will:

- Post the notice on this page with clear instructions.
- Arrange a replacement, repair or refund at no cost to you.
Report a safety concern
